The idea of such hentai style runner is pretty fresh. We have never seen something like this before. Can’t remember runner with tentacles as an enemy. Avoid the gigant lightball with tentacles pressing space to fly and strong legs. This is an amazing video game adaptation of the popular anime Haiyore! Nyaruko-san. Can only assume that the selling point here is the gallery and the fact that the title is Hentai Tentacle Bicycle Race. The game doesn’t live up to its title, as is the case with the majority of these hentai ‘games’ . It’s about as sexy as my wrinkled bollock bag.
